Darziware software is developed, published, hosted, managed, and supported by Liza Technologies. The software is available for use under various subscription plans, and by signing up for the Darziware service (“Service”) or any of the services provided by Liza Technologies, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Any new features or tools added to the existing Service shall also be subject to these Terms.

Liza Technologies reserves the right to update and modify the Terms of Service by posting updates on the Darziware website and applications. We will inform you of any revisions, which you must review periodically.

A. Copyright

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website is protected under the Indian Copyright Act 1957, and the copyright is held by Liza Technologies. This includes the look and feel of the site, as well as the selection, coordination, and arrangement of the content.

Subscription Terms

You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.
You must provide your full legal name, current address, valid email address, and any other information required during signup.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Liza Technologies is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
You may not use Darziware for illegal or unauthorized purposes, including violating copyright laws in your jurisdiction or India.
You are responsible for all activity and content (data, graphics, photos, links) uploaded under your Darziware account. Liza Technologies is not responsible for data migration, manipulation, analysis, or maintenance, except for backups when required.
You must not transmit viruses, malware, or destructive code. Any violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

General Terms

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties.
Liza Technologies does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Your content may be transferred unencrypted over networks and modified to meet technical requirements.
Liza Technologies reserves the right to remove any unlawful, offensive, or objectionable content at its sole discretion.
Liza Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from the use of the Service.
Technical support is provided only to paying subscribers via email.
All Customizations are chargeable.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the period of thirty (30) days from the date of go-live of the customized feature, shall be provided for all customizations. Any modification to the delivered feature after this UAT period shall attract independent estimation of time and cost.
Verbal or written abuse toward Darziware customers or employees will result in immediate account termination.
You may discontinue your Darziware usage / account at any time by deleting your account, which will also remove all stored content.

Payment of Fees

Subscription fees are billed at agreed intervals as per the Pricing page on the website.
After the billing period ends, invoices will be sent via email. A grace period of up to 7 days may be granted for renewals.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are billed separately. If you are a resident of India, you are responsible for paying applicable taxes.
No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Prices for new subscriptions are subject to change without prior notice.
Prices for existing subscriptions may increase by 10% annually, with prior notice via email or invoice.
Liza Technologies reserves the right to modify the Service at any time without prior notice. Updates will be provided at no extra charge, but the new features might be classified and restricted for specific subscription plan as per the company policy.
User will need to upgrade subscription plan to use the advanced features from any higher plan.
Liza Technologies is not liable for any modifications, price changes, or feature discontinuations.

Optional Tools

Liza Technologies may offer third-party tools that are provided “as is” without warranties or liability.
You assume full responsibility for the use of any optional third-party tools.
We strongly recommend seeking professional advice before using tools such as tax calculators, accounting heads, or barcode printers.

Law and Jurisdiction

This website is controlled by Liza Technologies, located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
These Terms of Service are governed by Indian law, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding data transmission, encryption, and privacy regulations in your country.
